Refund Policy

At Consoleya, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need a refund for a service or booking. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or booking date.

Service Completion: Refunds apply only to services or bookings that have not yet been completed or rendered. If a service or booking has been used, partially completed, or fulfilled, refunds may not be eligible.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Some items or services may be classified as non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be non-refundable.

Promotional Offers: Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate may be non-refundable.

Custom Services: Custom setup fees or unique service arrangements made specifically for your booking may also be non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at hello@consoleya.com with your booking or transaction details.

Our team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days to confirm eligibility.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

Only part of the service has been used: For example, if you’ve booked multiple days and only used part of them, we may refund the unused portion, minus any applicable fees.

Advance Cancellation: Bookings canceled within the allowable timeframe may receive a refund minus any administration or cancellation fees.

5. Exchanges and Rescheduling

If a refund is not eligible, you may opt to reschedule:

Rescheduling Option: Bookings can be rescheduled at no charge if done at least 3 days before the original booking date.

Rescheduling Fee: A nominal fee may apply for changes requested less than 3 days in advance.
